Aging & Long Term Care of Eastern Washington (ALTCEW) announced that several senior- and disability-support services in Whitman County will shift from the Council on Aging (COA) to new providers (MedStar and Rural Resources Community Action), while ALTCEW works to secure a new provider for senior meals and related nutrition services.
