Caterers

Caterers are a person or business that contracts with a client to prepare a specific menu and amount of food in an approved food establishment for a service to the client’s guests or customers at a different location.

Becoming an Approved Caterer

To apply for a Catering Permit, please complete the Catering Plan Application. Catering Permits are valid from February 1st to January 31st each year and must be renewed annually.

Note: All caterers are required to operate out of an Approved Kitchen. Information on Approved Kitchens can be found here.
