Clinic Services

Through our clinic we currently offer:

TB Skin Testing

  • If necessary, as determined by test result, we offer support to find further necessary diagnostic TB testing through other providers.

Routine Immunizations for Children & Adolescents

  • Dtap (under 6)
  • Dtap-IPV-HepB combo (under 6)
  • Hep A
  • Hep B
  • Hib
  • HPV9 (11+)
  • IPV (polio)
  • Meningococcal
  • MMR (measles, mumps, rubella)
  • PCV13 (pneumococcal)
  • Tdap (7+)
  • Varicella

Immunizations for Adults

  • Hep A
  • Hep B
  • MMR-II
  • Tdap
  • Shingrix
  • COVID-19

If your child is starting their immunizations late or they are greater than one month behind, view the appropriate schedule here:

Clinic Fees

Immunization Fees

  • Administration: $20 per patient plus
  • Children and adolescent vaccine cost per dose is $0; Adult vaccine cost per dose is $15

TB Testing Fees

  • TB test & read: $35
  • 2-step TB test & read: $50

We do not bill to insurance. We accept cash, credit, or check for payment of services.
