Community Data

Regular, updated data on Whitman County’s population is important to understand and support our community’s health & well-being.

We have access to data on vital statistics (births and deaths), hospitalizations, and population estimates. For information on health behaviors and risks, we use the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) or the Healthy Youth Survey (HYS). We also use Census Bureau’s American Community Survey (ACS).

Data Request Eligibility

This service is provided at no-cost to non-profit, community organizations within Whitman County.
